First of all, making tiles requires two layers of craftsmanship, one is the pigments layer and the other is the concrete layer.

1. Select raw materials, 42.5 Portland cement, coarse river sand (preferably washed sand), stone particle size is preferably 5-10mm, pigments, water reducing agent and brightener agent.

2. Stir the first layer of color layer and the second layer of concrete layer according to the proportion of raw materials, keep stirring continuously for 10-15 minutes, do not stop stirring, and the mixed materials should be neither thin nor thick.

3. It should be noted that the color concrete layer (the first layer) must not put too much water, because the more water, the more severe the alkali return, and the final paver tile color will be greatly affected.

4. Stir the prepared materials according to the proportion for more than 10 minutes, pour the first layer of the mixed color layer into the plastic mold, keep the material uniform thickness of more than 10mm, and vibrate in time for 10-15 seconds until the air bubbles in the concrete are vibrated, Then pour the concrete of the second layer into the plastic molds, and then perform 5-10S vibration troweling again.

5. If you have a drying room, transport the plastic concrete paver molds filled with concrete to the drying room to keep the indoor temperature at 50 degrees (one or two heating tables need to be placed in the drying room, depending on the size of the drying room) , it can be demolded after 10-15 hours;

If there is no drying room, it can be dried under the stone shed (about 2 days).

6. After demolding, the concrete interlocking tiles should be stored in the warehouse for more than 7 days, can be sprayed with water, and can be packaged and sold when the time is up.
