1. Apply a layer of release agent or engine oil on the inside of the mold for easy demoulding;

2. Floor tile aggregate layer formula, Cement: sand: gravel: water=1:1.49:2.59:0.49;

Floor tile color layer recipe, White cement: sand: rice stone:

water: pigment=1:1.49:2.59:0.49:0.05

3. Mix the first layer of color layer and the second layer of concrete layer according to the ratio of the above guidance, keep stirring continuously for 10-15 minutes, don’t stop stirring, the stirred material should be kept neither thin nor thick.

4. The total amount of water reducer and brightener can be kept at 0.3%, and it should be noted that the colored concrete (first layer) must not put too much water, because the more water, the stronger the alkali return, and finally the color of the floor tiles will be greatly affected;

5. Stir the prepared materials according to the ratio for more than 10 minutes, and pour the first color layer into the plastic mold keep the uniform thickness of the material above 10mm, vibrate in time for 10-15 seconds until the air bubbles in the concrete are vibrated, and then place the second layer of concrete is poured into the plastic mold and vibrated and smoothed again for 5-10S.

6. Transport the plastic mold filled with concrete material to the drying room, and keep the indoor temperature at 50 degrees (it needs to be installed in the drying room a heater) for 10-12 hours to unmold; if it dries indoors naturally (15-30C), it also needs to be placed in indoors, without ventilation, will take 18-20 hours to start to unmold.

7. After demoulding, the floor tiles should be stored in the warehouse for more than 7 days, can be sprayed with water, and can be packaged and sold when the time is up.
