1,The raw material:42.5 Portland cement;River sand(rough sand);gravel5-10mm;water

2,Mix the color concrete (first layer) and Second layer normal concrete as the ratio ,keep

mixing 10-15 minutes ,no stop mixing ,and be sure the concrete should be sticky ,not more

thin(liquid) and no more thick(dried).

3,Stir the concrete more than 10 minutes and Pour the color concrete(first layer) into the plastic

molds,then vibration for 10-15S until the bubble come out from the concrete;and keep the color

concrete thickness more than 10mm;then pour the concrete (second layer)into the molds ,to

level it fully.

4,Move the plastic molds to the drying room or shed,keep the temperature about

50C(need to install a heator in the drying room),keep drying for 10-15 hours then demolding

from the plastic molds;If drying in a normal temperature(15-30C),it need 26-48hrs then start to

demold.

5,Stock the paving blocks at the warehouse for more than 7 days,can spray water on ,then you pack

for selling.
