1.First l, when using molds to make floor tiles, the bricks are not made by spraying.

We are divided into an aggregate layer and a pigment layer. The aggregate layer is the main raw material for making bricks. The main raw materials are cement, sand, ceramsite and water. The pigment layer is the part of the pigment surface that makes the bricks. The blocks are laid on the ground, in order to save the budget, we can only have paint on the surface of the bricks.

When making bricks, first pour the mixed pigment into the mold, only need to pour 1/4 of the mold, and pour the cement raw materials into the remaining mold.

2.choose pigment

Now there are many types and prices of pigments on the market, we will not know where to start when we choose, how should we choose pigments? It needs to be determined from the iron oxide content of the pressure pigment, because the bricks made of pigments with high iron oxide content have good-looking pigments and strong weather resistance.
