How long can interlocking pavers be demold? Is it easy to demold?

1. If the customer has a drying room, after the concrete is poured into the plastic interlocking tile paving molds, the plastic molds filled with concrete material is transported to the drying room, and the indoor temperature is kept at 50 degrees (a heating table needs to be placed in the drying room) for 10 -15 hours, then an be demould;

2. If the customer does not have a drying room, after the concrete is poured into the plastic interlocking tile paving molds, try them indoors (the indoor temperature is about 15-30 degrees), and it needs to be placed indoors without ventilation. It will take about 20 hours to start demoulding.

3. According to the different needs of customers, choose the demoulding machine you want. The more expensive the price, the faster the demoulding speed and the higher the efficiency.
